How does the booking process work?

First, we visit your location to assess the job and discuss your requirements. We provide an estimate on-site, followed by a final offer via email. Once accepted, we schedule the date and get the work done.

How is the price calculated? The rate is simple: €49 per hour, per cleaner (excl. VAT) BTW.

How much does transport cost? Nothing. Transport is included in the hourly rate (€0).

What happens if the work takes less time than estimated? You only pay for the time we actually work. If we finish earlier than planned, you will receive a refund for the unused hours.

What happens if the work takes longer than estimated? We will notify you one hour before the scheduled time ends. You can decide if you want us to continue (at the standard hourly rate) or stop at the agreed time. If you choose to stop, we will focus on finishing the most important tasks first.
