How does the ordering process work?

First, we visit your location to see what needs to be done and discuss your requirements. We calculate the price on-site, then send you a final offer by email. Once you accept, we schedule a date and complete the work.

How is the price calculated?

The price is calculated per hour, excluding transport and cleaning products.

How much does transport cost?

Transport costs €0.50 per kilometer, one-way only, from our garage in 5427ZJ Boekel to your location.

What happens if the work takes less time than estimated?

You get money back for the unused hours. For example, if the offer was for 5 hours but we finish in 4 hours, you receive a refund for the extra hour.

What happens if the work cannot be finished within the estimated time?

One hour before the scheduled time ends, we call you to ask if you want us to continue and finish the work (with additional payment) or if you prefer we stop at the agreed time. If you choose to stop, we focus on completing the priority task you indicate.
